Mmmmm, Grilled Cheese

I love grilled cheese. This recipe using puff pastry is amazingly good.  I thought of it after stumbling on this Food Network list of grilled cheese recipes that sound amazing.

I’ve made it a few times with and without the ham. I’d stick with the ham. In my experience you don’t have to roll it out (I create enough dishes to clean up as it is).

Yes, I know it is not grilled.  It just tastes good.

Solve a Simple Problem, Make 19 Billion

Today Facebook bought WhatsApp for 19 billion dollars.  It is a staggering amount of money for a text message replacement. With 400 million people using it the number seems a bit less shocking.

The story is encouraging for those with an entrepreneurial inclination.

Congratulations to all those that took a risk and worked hard to make something.

Voter Registration Law Violation?

It seems James O’Keefe has busted an organizer with the Wendy Davis supporting Battleground Texas for promoting illegally keeping voter info. See the video here.

The organizer says “every time we register someone to vote we keep their name and number”. Except Texas law says “The registrar may not transcribe, copy, or otherwise record a telephone number furnished on a registration application.” Oops.

If you care about election integrity or investigative journalism you might hit up Project Veritas and help the keep doing stories like this.
